Attributed mainly to blocks of apartments, garages and high-rise buildings, condominium services involve the running of the common parts of the building with the primary goal being that of upkeep and maintenance as well as administering the carrying out of any improvement projects. This area involves standardised services such as utility services administration, general maintenance services and cleaning services.
Turnkey projects is the overhaul of the layout and/or aesthetic look of the property, whether in part or in full, in a bid to increase the appeal and the functionality of the property, as well increase the overall selling price. Such projects involve liaising with the client to establish the client's desires and render feedback on the viability of the project, as well as potential design ideas that suit the customer's wants. Following the latter, we proceed to bringing the customer's ideas to life by carrying out the necessary works.
